Joanna Simpson is an award winning Correspondent and Newsreader. She has worked for all the major television broadcasters – Sky, ITN/ITV, BBC, Channel 4 News and Channel 5. She is also a radio broadcaster. Joanna has been a reporter for Sky News, Channel 4/More 4 News, BBC and whilst at ITV she was a main presenter. As a newsreader on both television and radio Joanna has presented half hour programmes as well as corporate videos. She has hosted ‘Question Time’ style debates and awards ceremonies; she has also been a judge.
Joanna Simpson was an investigative journalist and one of her exclusive reports exposing ‘Crash for Cash’ was also featured in ‘The Times’. She specialises in education (Education Correspondent for ITV) and sport. Joanna has a US work Visa and has completed HEFAT (hostile environments course) as well as public order/riot training. Her broad range of skills are useful both inside and outside the studio for live presenting as well as pre-recorded and longer form work.
